Citizens who need to meet with officials from the Public Prosecutor’s Office for Prosecuting Criminal Offences Related to and Arising from the Content of the Illegally Intercepted Communication, need to submit a request in which they will state the reason for seeking a meeting at the Prosecutor’s Office.
Furthermore, all interested parties can send a written request to this Public Prosecutor’s Office providing the telephone number or numbers suspected of having been unlawfully intercepted. The request must include the names of the users of the telephone numbers and their contact information.
The requests can be submitted in person, by mail or electronically.
Regarding the requests submitted thus far for checking telephone numbers, we inform the public that the requestors will be notified of the results in writing.
