Public Infomation

Pursuant to the Law on Free Access to Public Information, the Public Prosecutor’s Office for Prosecuting Criminal Offences Related to and Arising from the Content of the Illegally Intercepted Communication publishes the following list of public information:

  1. General information on the Public Prosecutor’s Office for Prosecuting Criminal Offences Related to and Arising from the Content of the Illegally Intercepted Communication;
  2. Organizational structure and competencies of the Public Prosecutor’s Office for Prosecuting Criminal Offences Related to and Arising from the Content of the Illegally Intercepted Communication;
  3. Public pocurement records;
  4. Consolidated texts of the legislation governing the area of activity of the Public Prosecutor’s Office for Prosecuting Criminal Offences Related to and Arising from the Content of the Illegally Intercepted Communication;
  5. Reports of this Public Prosecutor’s Office;
  6. Final decisions adopted by this Public Prosecutor’s Office within its legal competence (with anonymized data);
  7. Recommendations, instructions and other documents of the Prosecutor’s Office;
  8. Statistical data;
  9. Application for employment.
  10. All physical and legal persons both domestic and foreign are entitled to free access to public information in accordance with this Law and other laws. The requestor is not obliged to state nor explain the reasons behind the request, however the request must note that it is a request for free access to public information.The requestor needs to fill in the request form, which was set by the Commission for Protection of the Right to Free Access to Public Information. The request form is completed in Macedonian language with the Cyrillic alphabet, with the exception of requestors who use an official language and alphabet other than Macedonian who can complete the request in the official language and alphabet which they use in accordance with the law.The requestor can choose the manner in which he/she will access the records: by inspecting the records or by receiving a transcript, a photocopy, or an electronic version of the record.

    In addition to the Law on Free Access to Public Information, the provisions of the Law on General Administrative Procedure apply to all issues related to the procedure.
